If you prefer to indulge in an alcoholic beverage every so often, keep your cash at home if you intend to do your drinking in a betting house. I’m not joking. clean out your billfold, your money belt, and leave all cash, debit cards and cheques at home. Take whatever cash you are planning to spend on drinks, tipping and whatever loose change you plan on loosing and keep the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not at all. Practical more like. You might well discover a win after a boozy evening out with your buddies and be lucky enough to catch a marathon roll at a smokin’ craps table. Hang on to that account because it’s as brief as it gets if you continually drink and bet. The two just do not mix.

Leaving your money at home is a bit excessive, but precautionary measures for drastic actions is relative and required. If you wager to win, then do not drink and gamble. If you can afford to throw away your money without a second thought, then drink all the no cost alcohol your belly can hold, but don’t take bank cards and cheques to toss into the mix of chasing losses once your inebriated brain loses all the cash!
